Diclofenac: Should not be used in patients with underlying heart condition: eg
  1. Heart failure
  2. Heart disease
  3. Circulatory problem
  4. Previous heart attack
  5. Stroke
They have increased risk of heart attack and  Stroke. ( H.C.P.R.A.)
